Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Varord Pro app. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Varord Pro helps you prepare for the driving-theory exam in Armenia: practice questions, tests, road signs, traffic rules and road-safety-law reference material. The content is provided for study purposes only — it is not legal advice, and official exam requirements and legislation of the Republic of Armenia always take precedence.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own, for personal, non-commercial use. On Apple devices, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
3. Accounts
Some features require signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account).
4. Subscriptions and purchases
- The app offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Pro") that removes ads and unlocks unlimited practice. Prices and duration are shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
5. Free version and ads
The free version is supported by advertising and uses an energy system that limits practice volume. Watching a rewarded ad may restore energy. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
6. User content
You may post comments on questions. You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it within the app. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content: do not post anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, obscene, misleading, spam or advertising. We may remove content and restrict or terminate accounts that violate these rules. You can report content and block users in the app; reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated access, interfering with the service, or circumventing the energy or subscription systems.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its design and its content compilation are our property or used under license. Official texts of laws and regulations are public documents of the Republic of Armenia.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that studying with the app will result in passing any exam, or that content is always complete and current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Sections 6–11 survive termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
